The easiest way to make an enquiry is to click the 'Make enquiry' button next to your quote in 'my buyacar'. There is no commitment made in making an enquiry.
However, there are more options than this, which are explained below.
Congratulations, you've built your new car quotes and decided on your options. You've either decided that you want to buy or that you still have some questions outstanding about the new car or your part-exchange or how it all works.

If you're happy with your quote or have a specific question then the next step is to contact the buyacar sales team. Our team will be happy to deal with your enquiry. To send your question or quote through to us, click on the 'contact buyacar sales' button to continue.
If you have not yet signed-in to buyacar you will need to do so at this point. We need to collect your details so that we can reply to your enquiry.
Not at all. An enquiry is basically an email with all the information you have stored about what you're looking for. This is received by our sales team who then work to answer your questions or fulfil your order. It's an opportunity to get advice and support from the buyacar team
If you're enquiry includes a vehicle that you own that you are trading in, you will need to get a professional valuation peformed for your car. This is so that the exact 'cost to change' price of your new car less your existing car can be worked out. In order to get an accurate value for your part-exchange you will need to complete a condition report. As we are valuing your car without having seen it we need you to complete this questionnaire of sorts to ensure we don't miss anything that could affect the value.
You can delay filling out this condition report if you don't have all the information. Click 'skip this form' to continue, however, you will need to come back and complete this as soon as possible as we will be unable to confirm your quote without it.
If you are already signed-in and have completed a condition report (if necessary) the next step is to answer a few questions about the nature of your enquiry - this also gives you the opportunity to type in any questions you may have.

All the questions are designed to do is help us understand how best to deal with your enquiry.
