Once your new car quote has been confirmed, along with any part-exchange and finance details, the next step is to place an order.
To place your order a deposit is required. This is held by buyacar while your car is being supplied
Once you have paid your deposit we can then place your order with our suppliers and get the ball rolling!
If you have created a quote online and your quote has been automatically accepted, you may be elligible to place your order online. This new service allows you to pay your deposit online and for your order to be placed in the quickest possible time.
If you have discussed your order with the buyacar sales team and you are not intending to trade-in or part-exchange a car, you may also place an order by calling the sales team on 0845 2260101. They will be happy to confirm the details of your order for you and take your deposit.
Orders with a total value of less than £20,000 pay a £500 deposit. Orders over £20,000 pay a £1,000 deposit. Details of how to pay is covered in the next step of this process - car payments & delivery
Once you have placed your order we will send you an order confirmation and receipt for your deposit shortly after we have placed your order with our suppliers. To complete the order process you will also need to sign the sent order form and post it to us at our standard address which is found on the contact us page.
Alternatively you can sign and scan back your order form and email it to us by reply to your original email
