Managing your sale

You can cancel your car reservation at anytime by speaking to your buyacar customer service advisor. If you are unhappy with the car then they will seek to find you an appropriate alternative. If you remain unhappy we will be happy to cancel the transaction and refund any payments you have made.

You may also choose to not go ahead with the sale at the point of handover. In this instance we will again endeavour to find you a car that you are happy with. If agreement in this instance cannot be reached then the handover agent can cancel the sale or refund your monies, depending on your method of payment. At this point your deposit or car payment can be refunded, as well as any warranty options purchased by you.
