If you are part exchanging a vehicle and do not wish to continue with the part exchange as part of the transaction, you must advise us within 48 hours of receiving your invoice at the latest. In this instance we will send you an amended invoice.
If you need to discuss a change in the condition or mileage covered by your part exchange since the order was placed then please contact our office on 0845 226 0101 as soon as possible.
When value a car we will set an expiry date of the transaction and also a maximum mileage allowance. We will value your car based on all the information you have provided us. As long as the condition of the car matches the report you have completed and the agreed date and mileage, there will be no problem.

If buyacar has agreed to settle any outstanding finance associated with your part exchange you will need to request a settlement letter from the funder to be faxed to Buyacar directly on 08452267949 once you have received your invoice.
