But how do we reassure you that the process of buying online is a swift and secure one? And what will the buying process actually be like?

All you need to make a decision is available online, save actually talking the car out to the roads and seeing how it performs.



Read authorised reviews online, read blogs and generally immerse yourself in the huge volume of car-related literature to be found before coming to a preliminary decision.

Buying online also allows you to compare models within your budget, searching cars by cost, body type (saloon, hatchback etc) features (sunroof, sat-nav etc) and more.

You can often organise a test-drive though a manufacturer's website, making even this aspect of buying all the more convenient.

Buying

There's a difference between buying a book and buying a new car online but the only real difference is one of scale. Your trust in the vendor has to increase commensurate with your increased financial exposure, which is why we draw on our eight years experience in the trade to reassure you all the way through the buying process.

11.05am Mrs West sets up a quote on our website.
11.15am Mrs West finalizes the specification and paid the deposit online.
11.18am Buyacar sends an order form to Mrs West by email.
11.21am Mrs West checks the order and confirms the specification is correct. She then signs the order form digitally.
11.24am Buyacar places the order with our BMW dealership
11.28am Confirmation is supplied by the dealership that the order is received and being processed
11.31am Confirmation is sent to Mrs West with further information regarding the final process and the date the car will be due to the dealership.
11.31am The order process is complete.
