FORD FOCUS ZETEC S 1.6TDCI

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Solid build quality and supportive seats with a spacious interior for its size. Good all round visibility and responsive engine.

GOOD POINTS

  • Handling is excellent
  • Acceleration suprisingly good
  • Good driving position adjustments

BAD POINTS

  • Engine noisy at tickover. Definitely a diesel!
  • You feel all the bumps on poor urban roads

LASTING IMPRESSIONS

Enjoying driving again as the car is responsive and good to drive. Economy not quite as good as the manufacturer's claim but still achieving better economy than my previous car (Almera 1.6S).

Easy to park and low tax band and exemption from Congestion charge a bonus!
