FORD MONDEO GHIA TDCI ESTATE

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

First impressions were very good, the car is stylish, detail finish is very good, fit and finish are excellent and the overall build quality is first rate.

There are some areas of interior trim where you can see that cost, rather than quality, has been the design determinant but otherwise this has the hallmarks of a quality car.

GOOD POINTS

  • Ride and Handling quality
  • Build Quality
  • Fit and Finish
  • Smoothness of transmission (6 speed manual)
  • Smoothness of engine (2 ltr diesel)

BAD POINTS

  • The quality of some of the internal trim components
  • There are some blind spots when reversing

LASTING IMPRESSIONS

Car is still very new but the impression is still one of a quality car, easy to drive, smooth ride and smooth engine / transmission
