Administration Executive

Buyacar require an Administration Executive to join our exciting and expanding company based in central London. Dealing with customers and suppliers, the role will require you to provide an efficient administration service to the sales team. You will be required to maintain all supplier orders, liaise with customers with regards to their orders, organise deliveries, invoicing and oversee payment schedules. You would be required to maintain weekly reports, handle filing and maintain a high level of communication with the sales team.

The ideal candidate will be well organised with previous experience in an administrative role. You will have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

The successful candidate will:

-Have experience working within an administrative role

-Good knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
-Be numerically confident
-Have an eye for detail
-Basis book keeping skills would be desirable

Day to day Duties:
-Liaise with customers (proactively update customers on order progress)
-Liaise with suppliers
-Organising deliveries and payment schedules
-Filing and maintaining sales/invoice documentation

Experience in the motor trade or knowledge of cars is not necessary

Internet Sales Executive - eCommerce

Buyacar specialise in providing discounted new cars over the internet. Due to growing demand we are currently seeking a sales executive to sell new vehicles over the phone and internet. This is a great opportunity for a hungry sales person to join a growing internet company.

You will either be dealing with incoming calls or calling people back after they have enquired on the website. You will be required to develop the sales leads and take orders.

This position will suit an ambitious sales person looking to be rewarded for their success. The successful candidate will:

-Have at least 1 year sales, telesales or telemarketing
-Be Ambitious, and Possess a strong determination to succeed
-Be Self starter with excellent communication skills
-Have a confident and professional manner
-Have a customer oriented attitude

Day to day Duties:
-Dealing with first line telephone sales enquiries
-Responding to sales enquiry emails
-Developing sales leads into physical orders
-Liaise with suppliers for stock availability

Occasional Duties:
-Filing and maintaining sales/invoice documentation
-Deal with customer queries
-Liaise with suppliers
-General administration

Required:
-Proven sales track record
-Results oriented
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent telephone manner
-Ability to work under pressure
-Effective time management
-Be Computer literate with knowledge of the Internet, Email applications, Microsoft office.
-Effective team working

Desirable:
-An interest in cars
-Good sense of humour
-An awareness of finance products
-Outgoing personality

Experience in the motor trade or knowledge of cars is not necessary - full training will be provided where necessary
