search - Use our new car search to find the car that suits you. Or if you know what car you’re looking for, enter your choices into the boxes on the left and click search to check the availability and price. |

my garage - Once you have found a car of interest, select any vehicle options you require then save the car to my garage - your personal online car garage. You can store as many vehicles as you like in your garage and return to it any time in the future. my garage also provides instant online part exchange valuations, advice and quotations for car finance. |

enquiry - Take all the information you have gathered to the next stage and submit an enquiry to our sales team, together with any part exchange or finance quotes that you are interested in pursuing. If you have any questions prior to that you can call us on 0845 226 0101 (local rate) to speak with a sales advisor directly. |

vehicle order - You've done all the research, you have found the right car and have decided how you are going to finance it. At your request our sales team will send you a Vehicle Order form confirming all the figures and details relating to your purchase. To place your order we require a signed copy of this Vehicle Order form together with a £500 deposit (payable by debit or credit card). |

order confirmation - We will send you an order confirmation and receipt for your deposit shortly after we have placed your order. The confirmation will also provide the expected availability date for delivery of your new car. Your sales agent will then keep you up to date throughout the progress of your order. |

payment and delivery - For your convenience we offer delivery of your new car to your door. If you would like to take advantage of this service, Buyacar requires final settlement of the outstanding balance prior to delivery.
• CHAPS or BACS money transfer If you are local, you may prefer to use our handover service and collect your new car from our offices in Chiswick - West London, and make payment on the day by either bankers draft or credit/debit card. We accept the following cards: got any questions? try our
