Nissan makes some of the most popular cars in the UK, from the Micra supermini to the Juke and Qashqai SUVs and even the high-performance GT-R. The Japanese carmaker also makes the Leaf, one of the UK’s most popular electric cars, with the original being the first mainstream electric car to go on sale.

When you choose a Nissan, you can expect it to provide you with comfortable, efficient and reliable transport. They’re generally excellent value, too, whether you’re looking for large discounts on nearly-new cars, or for top value PCP finance deals on used models.

In fact, not only does the popularity of several Nissan models, such as the Qashqai and Juke, mean that used prices are competitive, but there are also plenty of used models to choose from.

You'll find the latest deals on some of the most popular Nissans below. Read on to find out more about the latest offers available on used Nissan models available right now on BuyaCar.

Nissan Micra offers

Nissan Micra front three quarters view

Nissan's latest Micra is a realistic alternative to popular small cars such as the Ford Fiesta and Volkswagen Polo. It's spacious in the front and back, has a good-sized 300-litre boot, and delivers an all-round mix of comfort and nimbleness. It’s stylish to look at, too.

In other words, it's a world away from the previous-generation Micra, which was pretty far behind rivals in terms of comfort and technology, not to mention being pretty bland in design. Prices for new versions are rather high. Thankfully, though, used versions offer much greater value.

Nissan Leaf offers

As one of the first mainstream electric cars, the Nissan Leaf made battery-powered motoring a realistic prospect and the latest version requires fewer compromises, thanks to a range of around 140 miles - which increases up to almost 240 miles if you opt for the larger 62kWh battery.

The second-generation car features Nissan’s ‘E-Pedal’ setup, which is designed to simplify driving an electric car. It enables the driver to accelerate, decelerate or stop the car using just one pedal, which helps maximise the car’s efficiency.

Both generations of Leaf promise smooth and silent motoring. As with most electric cars, however, access to off-street parking can make life significantly easier when it comes to keeping the car topped up.

Nissan Juke offers

The new Nissan Juke (pictured above) carries on the incredibly quirky styling of the original that was produced between 2010 and 2019. This unusual approach certainly did no harm to the first generation Juke’s sales figures. In fact, it sold so well that there are now a huge number of used models to choose from, so whichever version you're after, you should be able to find a suitable car for the right price.

A recent wave of new crossovers means that the original Juke is no longer the most up-to-date car in terms of interior technology, comfort and space, but no rival looks as distinctive.

The latest Nissan Juke, launched in 2019, brings refreshed styling and an updated interior to what has become a very popular car in an increasingly competitive market sector. Those on a budget can choose from versions of the original Juke and an increasing number of the newer model, too.

Nissan Qashqai offers

The family-friendly Nissan Qashqai offers good visibility from its high driving position, a simple and straightforward dashboard layout, light steering and economical engines.

Much like the smaller Juke, the first and second generation Qashqais enjoyed some very solid sales figures during their production between 2007-2013 and 2013-2021 respectively. An all-new Qashqai has just been launched, so now is a particularly good time to find a nearly-new second-generation car for a great price. If you’re on a tighter budget, there are still plenty of older Qashqais available, too.

Small boot aside, the Qashqai is ideal for families, but if you'd prefer a bit more space and practicality, it may be worth checking out the closely related Renault Kadjar.

Nissan X-Trail offers

A larger SUV than the Nissan Qashqai, the X-Trail solves the problem of that car's small boot. It's available with an optional third row of rear seats, too, allowing seven to travel in the car.

Some versions might look rugged, and four-wheel drive is optional, but this is really a car designed for the road that shares most of the Qashqai's positive points. The engines do have to work harder to deal with the extra weight, though, so don't expect sensational performance.

Nissan 370Z offers

The Nissan 370Z is an old-school two-seat sports coupe, with a large V6 engine that doesn't have the turbochargers that are fitted to most similar modern cars. This means that you need to work it hard to get the best performance out of the car - with regular gear changes and plenty of revving - making you feel really involved with the process of driving.

It's fast, responsive and fun to drive, but the price is poor fuel economy. The interior of the car is starting to show its age, too. But if you're after a sports car where you feel exactly what the car's doing through the steering and gear lever, the 370Z could be perfect for you.
